Every number on this page comes from HVAC and heating companies, because that is where our method was built and where we have verified, public results. We present them as results from our HVAC work, not as plumbing, roofing or electrical results. What we can honestly say is that the four problems look the same across trades, and so does the way we diagnose them.

Problem: not enough leads
Answer first: two HVAC cases show what happens when lead volume is the real constraint and the fix is aimed squarely at it.
- BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.
- CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth.
What these show: lead volume can move quickly once the work is focused on the channels that match how heating customers decide, which for HVAC means being visible and reachable at the moment of need.
What transfers to other trades: the order of work. Close the leaks first, then add demand through the channels that fit your customers' decision speed. A plumber or electrician shares HVAC's urgent buying pattern; a renovator or landscaper does not, and needs a slower, portfolio-led mix. The not-enough-leads fix explains how we pick channels by trade.
Problem: bad leads
Answer first: the clearest evidence of lead quality is a return ratio, because it can only be high if most of the spend reaches real buyers.
- HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.
What it shows: volume and quality are not opposites. A campaign can produce a large number of enquiries and still return many times its cost, if targeting and filtering are right.
What transfers: the habit of judging every lead source by cost per won job, not cost per lead. That works the same for any trade. The bad-leads fix and the lead quality scorecard guide show how to set it up.
Problem: no reviews
Answer first: one case shows what a strong, public review profile looks like for a trades brand serving many communities.
- GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. Homeowners in 26+ BC communities can find it, and they see 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews when they do.
What it shows: a newer specialist brand, spread across many communities, can still earn a public review profile that a homeowner can check in seconds.
What transfers: reviews come from routine, not luck. Any trade can ask on every job, at the right moment, with a direct link and consent for the message. The no-reviews fix lays out the steps.
Problem: no time
Answer first: the no-time problem is solved by consistent output that doesn't depend on the owner, and one case shows what consistency adds up to.
- HeatLand built 850+ SEO articles and saw a 300% lead increase in 6 months.
What it shows: steady, regular work compounds. No owner on the tools could write 850 articles; a system can.
What transfers: separate the weekly work from the owner's decisions. Most trades owners don't need hundreds of articles, but they do need their Google profile, reviews and service pages kept up every week, by someone other than them. See the no-time fix.
How to read any agency's results
Whether you work with us or not, a few questions separate real proof from decoration:
- Is the client named and the site live? If you can't look it up, treat it as a claim, not proof.
- Is it the same trade as yours? If not, does the agency say so?
- What was measured? Traffic, leads and revenue are different things. Ask which one.
- Over what period? "300%" means little without a timeframe.
- What was the starting point? Tripling a very small number is easier than tripling a large one.
We apply those rules to our own page. The full list of our HVAC case studies is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page. To talk through which of these patterns fits your business, see pricing or go to contact.
Frequently asked questions
Are these plumbing or roofing results?
No. Every result on this page comes from HVAC and heating companies. We show them as proof of the method, not as results in other trades.
Will I get the same numbers?
Not necessarily, and nobody honest can promise that. Results depend on your market, trade, capacity, starting point and how quickly the office follows up. What transfers is the method, not the number.
Where can I see the full case studies?
The complete list is published on the HVAC.Agency case studies page. Each client website named here is live, so you can look at it yourself.
Why don't you show reviews from your clients?
We only publish facts we can verify and link to. The live client websites and their public Google profiles speak for themselves.
